I often leave home on foot, without a route. I go to the fields or to the forest - it’s a forty-minute walk away. It’s quiet there, smells of earth and grass, and I pick mushrooms in the fall. I love sitting by the river, looking at the dark water and willows on the shore. There are never people there, only the wind and birds. The air there is clean, there is no smell of the city. After a walk I feel tired, but my head becomes clear and I fall asleep easily. I find quiet places anywhere - an old garden, an abandoned stream, a wasteland. I come there to be alone and calm down. It's just my way of relaxing. I go out, breathe, and the problems stop pressing me.

I am a kind person, and this can be seen in the little things - I try to help, listen and not be indifferent if someone around me feels awkward. Honesty is important to me, because it’s hard to live with a lie, I say what I think, but gently, and it’s easier for me to sort it out right away than to accumulate grievances. I am an open person, I easily share thoughts and feelings if I trust the interlocutor, and I am interested in getting to know people for real, and not talking about the weather or gossip. Sincere people are what I value, I quickly move away from falsehood and pretense. I create good memories from simple things: walks, conversations until the night, a joint dinner or an evening with tea, I don’t need expensive gifts, the feeling of warmth is more important. I believe that kindness and respect are the basis of any relationship, without them people become strangers, and I try to give others space to be themselves, to listen and not to push.
